I experienced a real mind and body experience on this EU-funded Erasmus course at Horn Sailing Club, Cracow, to encourage over-sixties to try out new sports and activities.

it was a real mind and body experience to have the opportunity to try out challenging activities I had never tried before. I was particularly dubious and even scared before I went for the first time in my life on a sailing boat. I particularly enjoyed SUP.

For me it was definitely a case of going beyond the comfort zone to the learning zone but, thanks to patient, good-humoured, talented and experienced coaches, not to the panic zone.
